2. Download the agent
Click the download button and install the small support agent on your Windows PC.
3. You start the session
Click “Connect” inside the agent to invite our technician in. Nothing happens until you do.
4. Done — agent goes offline
When the session ends, the agent goes dormant. No background access. Next time, you start a new session.
